Three Phase - 12 Week Running Plan
  • Get out the door and run...DAILY.
  • Goal #1 = Mileage...run 4 days per week 30-40min each run.
  • Goal #2 = Weekly LONG run...add a minimum of 10min to your daily run time once per week.
  • Goal #3 = Weekly HARD RUN or HILL workouts...add this to your workout in July.
