Athletic Spectator Protocols - Updated for Winter 2020
General Spectator Protocols
Fan Expectations
  • Spectators must wear a face covering (no exemptions) covering mouth and nose at all times in the building.
  • Spectators must social distance in the bleachers, approximately six feet from non-family members. Eligible seats for viewing have been marked with a piece of orange tape.
  • Spectators are not allowed to be closer than six feet from the sidelines/court at any time.
  • Spectators are not allowed to touch the ball or any other equipment.
  • Spectators and players must exit the field/court immediately following the last game of the evening.  No social gathering in gyms or lobbies.
  • Spectators are encouraged to wash or sanitize their hands preceding and following the contest.

Volleyball & Basketball:  A maximum of two fans per rostered athlete/coach (home and away) will be allowed at Legacy hosted events in the sports center gym. Auxiliary gym is limited to 36 spectators in the bleachers so will need to be adjusted per game based on roster. Home fans will always be allowed 2 fans per athlete. Away spectators may need to be limited based on space. Fans must check in at the gate before entering the gym, adhere to social distancing guidelines and appropriately wear their face covering at all times. Contact information will be collected on each fan in attendance. Many of our opponents will have similar restrictions at their home gyms and we will post those to the calendar event comments as they are available to us. All events will be livestreamed via Facebook Live or another medium. The link will be posted in the calendar event comments.

Soccer:  HOME FANS should enter on the SOUTH pathway of the Upper Field and will occupy the SOUTHWEST sideline. HOME FANS will exit along the SOUTH pathway immediately following the last game of the evening.
